The problem

Restaurants, cafes and teahouses in Uzbekistan lose sales every time the internet drops, and many POS tools stop working with it. Owners also need fiscal receipts, kitchen tickets, stock and food cost to stay correct without manual work.

What we built

Biznex is one system for the till, the kitchen, the warehouse and reporting. The terminal keeps selling without a connection and syncs when it comes back. Fiscal receipts are issued automatically, and stock and cost are tracked as orders flow through the kitchen.

How the team works

The product is built by a compact team of five: two developers who work with AI agents in their daily loop (code, tests, first-pass review), two QA engineers who own release quality, and me as CTO, responsible for architecture, infrastructure and final review.

Outcome

  • 500+ venues run on Biznex.
  • Delivery integrations: Uzum Tezkor and Multicard are live; Yandex Eats is in progress.
